Will Quitting be Stressful?
Quitting smoking is a stressful experience for many people. You probably know how irritable you can become if you are trapped in a non-smoking area desperately craving a cigarette. Well, when you give up smoking, you are going to be in the equivalent of that non-smoking area for a lot longer than before! Most stop smoking products address this problem, which is a symptom of nicotine withdrawal. You can, however, help yourself by engaging in activities that you find relaxing. Any method you use to alleviate the stress of not smoking will increase your chances of success. This could include participating in a hobby you enjoy, getting some physical exercise or even watching TV. Whatever you find relaxes you and takes your mind off the desire for a cigarette.
