Under the heading introducing the ticket system you will find a 'read here' link that you can click on to find out all about the benefits of our ticket support system. This will take you to a page headed 'Ticket Support'. This page gives you the ability to create new tickets and to view existing tickets if you do not have a User Account with StopSmokingToday.com. If you want to create a new support ticket without a User Account then go to the heading 'To create a ticket, please choose from one of the following options:' on the 'Ticket Support' page. Look in this section under this heading 'I am not an existing user:' and click on the 'click here' link to create a new ticket. This will take you to the 'Create support ticket' page. If you want to view an existing ticket without a User Account then go to the heading 'To view a ticket, please choose from one of the following options:' on the 'Ticket Support' page and find the statement that 'I am not an existing user'. Click on the 'click here' link below this statement. This will send you to the 'Logon to view ticket' page.
