How do I check my tickets through my User Account?

Logon to your User Account, just as you normally would. You can do this by clicking on the 'My Account' button to the left below the site logo at the top of the screen, this should take you through to the account logon page. Enter your email and password in the boxes provided and click on the 'Logon' button. Once you have logged on, select 'My Support' from the list of account options, which are also found in the top right hand corner of the page. On the 'My Support' page you will find a list of all of your current tickets. This includes information such as the ticket number, the order number (if applicable), the priority of that ticket, its status, the date it was opened and the subject. The User Account ticket support enables you to display all of your User Account tickets on a single page. By clicking on the subject link for each ticket on this page, which consists of the different coloured writing in the 'Subject' column, you will go to the 'View ticket' page for that ticket. This page has the all of the comments related to that particular ticket and has an 'Add a comment' box at the bottom of the page so that you can add further comments. You can submit these new comments by clicking on the 'Update Ticket' button. This will automatically update the ticket to include your new comments. They will appear on the ticket with information along with the time and date they were made and who made the comments. The next time you visit this page, any new reply to your comments will automatically be displayed on this page. If you chose to receive e-mails about updates to your tickets, you can deselect this option on this page by clicking on the small box next to 'Email notification' to remove the tick. Alternatively, if you initially chose not to receive the e-mails, you can select this option by clicking on the box so that the tick appears. If you want the e-mails to go to another address, you will need to change the e-mail address that you use for your User Account. You can do this through the 'My account details' section of you User Account by clicking on the 'I want to change my email' link next to your shipping address. Enter the new e-mail address you want to use, click 'Enter', and follow the instructions to confirm your new e-mail address.
