What does the term 'unresolved' mean in relation to my ticket?
The status of your ticket describes its current state. There are three possible options. 'Unresolved' means that communication on this issue is still in progress and has not yet been satisfactorily resolved. 'Resolved' means that there are no further outstanding issues related to this ticket and it has been resolved to everyone's satisfaction. A 'Resolved' ticket can be changed to 'Unresolved' at any time by simply submitting additional comments on the issue. If the new comments do not really relate to the previous ticket then we recommend that you create a new ticket. 'Closed' means that there is no further discussion of this issue and the option for further comments has been removed.
