I initially chose not to receive any e-mails informing me when my ticket is updated but now I want to change this. How do I do this?
On the 'View Ticket' page you will find a small box near the bottom of the page with the heading 'Email notification'. You can activate this feature at any time by clicking on the box so that the tick appears. Correspondingly, you can turn this option off at any time by clicking on the box to remove the tick, deactivating this feature.
