I am having trouble logging on the 'Logon to view ticket' page. I keep getting an error message. Why is this?
When you enter your e-mail address on the 'Logon to view ticket' page, make sure that it is the same address that you entered when you created the ticket. Also, when typing in the ticket number, just enter the number and do not include the '#' before the number. If either of these two items are entered incorrectly then you will get an error message because the details will not match our records.
