My ticket has been marked as 'Resolved' but there is something else that I need to discuss regarding this ticket. What do I do?

Go to the 'View ticket' page, either through the 'My Support' section of your User Account or via one of the links for non-account holders. To activate a ticket marked as 'Resolved', just type in the new comment or question relating to this issue and click the 'Update ticket' button. The status of this ticket will automatically be changed to 'Unresolved' and your new comments will appear on the ticket. If, however, the issue that you want to raise is not really related to your previous ticket then we recommend that you create a new ticket. This means the new ticket will only deal with the relevant issue and will not be cluttered up with previous unrelated comments.
